Once your referral has scheduled their new patient appointment, mentioned your name, and completed at the least their comprehensive exam, cleaning, and necessary x-rays (valued $200 or more), you’ll receive a $20 gift card to a popular store or restaurant.

While there’s no limit to how many referrals you can make, Seablue Smiles Referral Program limits gift cards to one per immediate family, when you are referring your spouse or children. However, feel free to refer extended family (aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents, etc.), friends, coworkers, neighbors, church members–anyone else you like–and collect unlimited rewards.

As long as your name is mentioned when they schedule their appointment, you’ll get your $20 gift card reward.
